		<description><![CDATA[There&#039;s something about these guys - their appearance - that is truly captivating. They remind me of rockfish.
I hope her dedication pays off and there are, indeed, nightjarlets about for your next visit.
 
There&#039;s a spotted sandpiper I&#039;m following that is nesting on a small slope leading to the beach on Lake Ontario that is similarly exposed. I will be taking a look today to see if she was able to withstand the recent heavy rain &amp; wind.
